Statistical and Structure Reports

The Statistical and Structure Reporting function at the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis provides the staff of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System with timely and accurate data by collecting, analyzing, and processing reports used by the System to determine monetary policy and to supervise financial organizations.

All report forms, accompanying instructions, and historical versions can be found at www.federalreserve.gov/boarddocs/reportforms/. From the drop-down menu, select the desired report and click on "submit query." Adobe Acrobat is needed to view, download, or print these materials.

2008 Regulatory Reports Submission Deadlines

All Supervisory Reports and many Financial Reports can be submitted electronically over a secure web site. Enroll for electronic submission by sending us a completed User Request Form. For more information, please visit www.reportingandreserves.org.

The FRY10 report can also be submitted electronically over a secure Internet web site. For more information, visit https://y10online.federalreserve.gov or contact us at (612) 204-6445 or mpls.statistics@mpls.frb.org. You may FAX a completed User Account Request Form to us at (612) 204-5905.
